Location Images Guideline

Image Guideline

While collecting photos for your locations, keep in mind the following guidelines!

Format

Photos must be in one of these formats: JPG, GIF, PNG

Size

Each photo must be smaller than 5MB.
We recommend adding photos that are larger than 720 pixels for width and height. The shorter side must be at least 720px
Image values for width should be less than 2120 pixels and for height should be less 1192 pixels.

Aspect Ratio

For cover photos, images should have 16:9 aspect ratio. (landscape)
For logo, image should have 1:1 aspect ratio (square)
The longer dimension of the photo should be no more than twice the shorter dimension.
Landscape photos look better than portrait photos on Google products.

Image Count

Cover images are limited to only One per Location
Logo image is limited to only One per Location
Each location can have no more than 10 additional photos.

Image Quality

The photo should be in focus, well-lit, have no Photoshop alterations, and no excessive use of filters. The image should represent reality.
If photos don't fit these standards, we may not be able to display them on platforms.
